Listen up, Metro Manila! There's an upcoming event that is "fit for you".

Fitness Revolution is a gathering of the entire fitness community led by our country's most prominent gyms such as Fitness First, Slimmers World, Anytime Fitness, etc. These gyms will be conducting group classes to the public for free during the 3-day expo. On top of that, they will also be handling out vouchers and amazing deals on club memberships.

Fitness Revolution will also be the host of major activities such as Archery Attack, indoor obstacle course, and workshops on striking protocol, poi, pole and aerial arts.Think I am going to try everything, hmmm.

This expo will also have our leading fitness brands such as McDavid, Reebok, Puma, Roxy, Quicksilver, among others, to sell products and merchandise with huge discounts. In addition, every ticket entitles you to 15% discount on Nike, Adidas and Asics at Intersport Vertis North.

"Entrance fee is P200.00 only. You will get a lot our of your money at Fitness Revolution granting that a per session walk-in rate on gyms would usually cost around P500.00 to P700.00. Aside from achieving your health goals in one weekend, you also get to shop for loved ones there if you're looking to avoid the holiday rush," added Zamora.

ELKEN Philippines Launches Bio Pure Ultra

Last April 21 I was invited to the grand launch of Elken Philippines' latest product. 

Bio Pure, the water treatment brand of Elken, launches Bio Pure Ultra, the latest water treatment system which aims to provide clean and safe water for a healthier life.

The new Bio Pure Ultra water treatment system features a 4-stage filtration system that filters fine particles, bacteria, harmful cysts, parasites and organic chemical contaminants.

The filter technology used in the Bio Pure Ultra is a membrane filtration system where hydrostatic pressure forces tap water which could contain bacteria, pesticides, sediments, or other contaminants against a semi permeable membrane for great tasting safe water.

The Bio Pure Ultra

With four stages of filtration, the stylish and compact design of the Bio Pure Ultra ensures clean and safe drinking water for your family straight from the tap (yes, you read it right, straight from the tap).

Stage 1 of the filtration system includes a sediment filter which filters particulate contaminants down to one micron in size. 

Stage 2 includes an organic granular activated carbon pre-filter which removes virtually all organic chemicals.

Stage 3 is the Ultra filter which is used to removed bacteria, cysts, microscopic worms, parasites and other harmful organisms in addition to removing particles down to 0.1 microns in size.

Stage 4 includes an organic granular activated carbon post-filter which deodorizes and polishes the water to improve its taste.
